Disliked: Spa wasn’t working and seemed to Bruce double booked.
Liked: Loved the clean, spa like decor. Bed and sheets very comfortable, bathroom was very nice and loved the Ortigia products. Breakfast was fantastic and the courtyard setting was so lovely. Location was great. We were able to walk to all the major sites quite easily. Will definitely return to this hotel on a return trip to Palermo!
Liked: Roof garden and plungepool were lovely but closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. Desk staff were very helpful. Location was very good. Breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Could have done with a chair in the room. A bulb was out on a lamp - didnt get sorted although we asked for it to be changed.
