Exceptional
Liked: Value for money ok, reasonably clean (some mold in the bathroom), walking distance to city center. Good free coffee and water.
Disliked: Never met the host, communicated only through messages despite obviously monitoring everything on cameras. Neighbourhood not so nice.
Disliked: My review concerns room number 4; you can hear plumbing equipment running all night long. It is not worth the 45-euro price night. Be very careful when choosing your room. The location is excellent, and communication with the owner is good. It is clean, and the staff member is very lovely.

Liked: I like the place, very clean and organized i stayed for just one night but I would come back again, the staff were also good

Liked: Room was clean, elevator, coffee, tea and fridger available
Disliked: Public parking, sometimes it’s scary to left a car because of narrow parking spots and lanes
Liked: Everything was top notch, the location, the comfort and hygiene of the property and most of all the assistance of it’s managers with everything we needed starting with an airport chauffeur and ending with providing water in the fridge at all times.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing
