Good
Liked: The staff was great and so was the location.
Disliked: The hotel will be going through renovations so all of the possible dislikes I'm sure will be handled.
Liked: staff is just amazing, truely old holtel but with that price its amazing
Disliked: old bathroom cabin
Liked: the location and that there was water at the reception
Disliked: we stucked in the elevator because of electricity problem and after that we were offered nothing but a glass of cold water and no other compensation about the inconviniency

Disliked: There was only one electrical outlet. The check-in time was very late and the check-out time was very early.

Liked: The location of the property is very close to the public transport end all the shops and restaurants. The hotel Crisol Europa will close from August 2026 for a period of one year due to major renovation and once it will be completed the Hotel will be a beautiful 4 stars Hotel.
Liked: Location was ok but not near restaurants
Disliked: Very dated room, paint peeling from the window sills and birds running along the shutters all night. The room was very basic and the property smelt of cigarettes and smelt very old and dated.
