Exceptional
The location and onsite staff made this stay very comfortable
Liked: Right off a Main Street that led you to many places
Disliked: Noisy at night. Kept the windows closed but good AC.
Great stay at Delle Vittorie, thanks to Martins!
Liked: Location, cleanliness, travel and restaurant recommendation. Martina is a star! She has been so patient and helpful providing help to make our trip more enjoyable.
Great location, clean and comfy
Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic location.
Disliked: Breakfast was at a local cafe. Coffee and croissant is not great and cafe staff not particularly friendly. We skipped breakfast and got something elsewhere.
Excellent Hotel
Liked: Quiet and Clean
Disliked: The restaurant at same corner was overpriced. And its service was rather dismissive. I would remove their menu from hotel’s lobby. The risotto was uncooked and several guests complained yet main waiter said a lot of people have same complaint yet he does nothing to correct it.
Liked: The location, host (Giuseppe) and hotel were amazing. We also were able to add parking for our airport rental, and the host helped with our ZTL registration, even though we arrived late at night. We also left something behind, and they went way above expectations and coordinated having it sent Fed Ex to our home in the USA within a week. Also, the recommendations from the host on nearby restaurants were fantastic, and the restaurants open very late at night. Our only regret was not having more time to spend there.
Disliked: Nothing
Fantastic location with super helpful host
Liked: Location is incredible. Martina is super helpful. Very comfortable and air conditioned. Which is a massive benefit.
Disliked: Location and friendliness of Martina
