Exceptional
Liked: Great location: we rolled our luggages along a flat street from and to the train station. We were able to walk to any place we wanted to visit in Palermo. Spacious room, we got everything we needed for comfort in it, nice breakfast, considering that they have only 5-6 rooms, great breakfast room that you can use during the day, we did not use the spa. During the day mostly someone from the staff present and very helpful. There are around 29 very wide and shallow steps to get there. Staff used an elevator to get our luggages in and out, but guests practically cannot use it on their own.

Liked: The property is fairly large and spacious and centrally located! Check in instructions were sent to us prior and access is via a number code which was convenient. There is a spa but it was closed by the time we arrived.
Disliked: We checked in late at night and when you enter the property it’s poorly lit and a little creepy. There’s large staircases you have to carry luggage up to in order to get to Divisi suites.

Liked: Great location for everywhere in Palermo, yet peaceful and quiet. Lovely big generous comfortable rooms. Francesco - manager incredibly helpful.
