Liked: Location
Disliked: Rooms were not cleaned and aired befoee arrrival. Bad smell in the room and bathroom. Vreakfast really poor. Eggs overcooked. Dishes not washed/dirty. Have to admit that it was one of the poorest accomodation I have ever been

Convenient for families
Liked: Room was spotless and functional. Staff helpful and professional. Breakfast had an emphasis on the sweet stuff. You pay for the convenience of the location, which is of course excellent, being between the fountain and the crossing.
Disliked: Room somewhat faded and bare. Hotel is a bit uninspired on the whole, but gets the job done. Worth noting that at least this family room has no view, (and to be fair is not noted as having one). Don't pull the curtains open unless you have a great interest in how elevators work;)
Liked: Very centrally located in historic area. Nice terrace for coffee, breakfast, lunch. Staff do a good job of helping eg finding the way through the labyrinth to the laundry room. Taxi stands in front of the building. Lots of snacks available in front lobby. Great waiting & people watching area in leather couches in front lobby.
Disliked: It is an older building with support structure, but it made me nervous with the multiple 5-5.5 earthquakes one day. The shower was leaked a lot of water onto bathroom floor.

Liked: Location, view from rooftop restaurant and from room, helpfulness of staff especially in straightening out Taxi arrangement and elevator was well appreciated.
Disliked: Air conditioning system was drafty, room was noisy in AM as restaurant directly above arranged furniture prior to 7 AM opening, taste and quality of some breakfast was either very salty or very sweet
A guide and convenient location, Hotel staff very helpful
Liked: So right in the middle of the main area for tourists, restaurants etc. If this is where you want to be then this is a good choice. The room is spacious and God for sorting and repacking etc
Disliked: If you need parking this is tricky. We accessed the hotel by taxi €15 from the station.
