Exceptional
Liked: Comfortable bed and functional bathroom. Atmospheric street view from the balcony. Friendly breakfast staff with good coffee and nice buffet. We enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Area is noisy You don’t know what room you’ll get until you arrive The shower was quite mouldy/dirty, and the coffee table and fridge weren’t very clean
Liked: The staff is really nice and accommodating. The view from my room was super cool, you could see the dome of the cathedral of Palermo. The location is great; everything is close by AND it is quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast had a lot of sweet options, but few savoury. The ones they had were delicious though.

Liked: Ci è stata data la possibilità di dormire in un’altra stanza, dato che in quella iniziale avevamo riscontrato qualche problema di pulizia. La colazione era piuttosto ricca.
Disliked: In generale non abbiamo ritenuto lo standard di pulizia soddisfacente e alcuni oggetti all’interno della stanza erano obsoleti o rovinati (poltrone, reti dei letti, mobilio, condizionatori). Alcuni membri del personale non sono stati disponibili né ospitali.
