Guest reviews
Very good
Warm, welcoming, convenient, wonderful breakfast’
Liked: Great location, clean, excellent breakfast, comfortable and welcoming. Close to train station. Felt like coming home, friendly staff very helpful! We didn’t want to leave!
Disliked: We didn’t want to leave!
Mostly acceptable - get what you pay for
Liked: For a one nighter it was fine. You get what you pay for - and this is at the bottom end, so I expect that. On a positive note - staff were great, friendly, helpful. Good location.
Disliked: Only cold water for morning shower! Smallest bathroom I had ever seen - size of a small pantry.
Great location, friendly staff spacious rooms
Liked: Central location, nice big rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Very small lift to get to the fourth floor, if the door isn’t closed properly from the top floors, you cannot get the lift up. Fine for me to take the stairs but not so much for less abled guests.
Very poor experience
Liked: good location.
Disliked: A hotel in an old, worn-out building. Sometimes the power goes out, other times there’s a plumbing failure, and I end up being moved to another hotel. Uncomfortable foam mattresses.
Very very good staff and very helpful. Appreciate that Dario and others speak English
Liked: Conveniently located
Hotel fit the description of Palermo in need of much sprucing up and modernization
Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Horrible internet service. Veri outdated bathroom. Too many stairs. Hotel consisted of one floor in old building
