Good
Liked: The hotel staff were excellent and gave us a very late check out as I was unwell overnight and needed a few more hours recovery They were very obliging. Also great location not too far from the train station and all the restaurants.
Liked: Location to train station, security, the lady barista during breakfast was lovely and friendly, good shower
Disliked: Mattress was pretty bad. Both sides were indented and the middle springs went up in a triangle shape. Didnt have control over AC, had to call desk and when we asked for them to change it to cool air because it was hot, they said it wasn't possible, so we slept with the door open all night.
Really like the hotel- would go back
Liked: The property is in a great location. The breakfast is well done. Rooms are clean.
Disliked: We wanted two single beds but they were not available. They were very nice and gave us complimentary breakfast because of the disappointment.

Liked: The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any questions or information you may need. The check-in process was quick, which made me feel welcome from the very beginning. The hotel is located on Via Roma, within just a 15–20-minute walk of all the main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city on foot. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was excellent, ensuring a relaxing stay after a long day of sightseeing. Another big plus is that both the hotel and the surrounding area feel very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable and worry-free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!
Disliked: If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the size of the shower.

Disliked: The room was on the reception floor so it was noisy, early in the morning and late at night. The room was very basic
