Very good
Nice hotel
Liked: The location
Disliked: Tha pool was closed for renovation but we didn't know before arriving
Liked: location
A good spot to R&R in hectic Palermo
Liked: Central location, Modern
Disliked: On check in, we were handed the key. We weren’t asked for help with our bags which were in the car, valet parking wasn’t explained and we weren’t offered water. It was a nice hotel in a good location. Also had good air con. breakfast was excellent.
Nice hotel with good breakfast and location
Liked: Good breakfast, wide rooms, clean and comfortable. Good location.
Disliked: I couldn’t control the AC from the room thermostat and it was controlled from the reception
Not worth the money!
Liked: Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not on and rhe windows could not be left open due to to extreme, very late, and loud human noise coming in from the street! Desk staff told us at 11:45 that there was nothing they could do as A/C was not on for the season yet. The next day at desk I watched as staff turned on A/C for another guest from their computer right there at the desk. Wi-Fi was not working in our room properly. All in all, could have been a nice hotel but wouldn’t recommend it to any friends!
Superb location in the heart of old Palermo
