Good
Liked: Staff were helpful, location was ok.
Disliked: A bland hotel with no discernible character. If you like sweet things for breakfast this is the place for you. There was a great range of pastries and tarts but they were all drenched in sugar. Too much for me. The coffee was indifferent. My room was noisy.
Great stay in Palermo
Liked: Location was very good, not to far to walk to the places of interests, restaurants, bars etc. The airport bus stop was a few minutes walk as was the local buses. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, helpful. The room was a good size as was the bathroom.
Disliked: The only negative we have regarding our room was it was very dark and even with the windows open it was still dark. Maybe extra lighting may help. Our room was facing apartments and every morning building work started around 8am which wasn't great. The bathroom was a great size but lacked shelves or places to put shower, make up products etc.

Liked: Close to historic centre
Disliked: Condition of room was average. Sofa was dirty. Price was too high for condition of property
Good location but a bit run down
Liked: The location was excellent, close to the city attractions
Disliked: The four star rating was somewhat optimistic. The breakfast was minimal and I found an old biro under the bed in a wad of dust, so the cleaning was poor. The aircon didn’t work which didn’t matter too much in October but must be horrific on the summer
Liked: The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bathroom even had a bath (with the double shower facility) which is unusual and much appreciated. The breakfast was plentiful and again the staff were very helpful. They catered well for a gluten-intolerant visitor.
Disliked: I have a bad back and the mattress was firm which doesn't suit me. (I had not thought to mention my back to the hotel when booking, and I did not find it mattered enough to mention when I was there.) I imagine other guests would find them comfortable.
Great location
Liked: Perfect location,great staff.
Disliked: Rooms little outdated,very noisy air conditioner, first night we don’t have much sleep😰,remote control not worked and we couldn’t turned off🙄. But next morning girl at reception turned off remotely. After that we have great sleep.
