Fabulous
Good central location, safe and clean
Liked: The location is very central, easy walking to city centre and old town. Room was large and clean. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: Room, while large was a little dated in decoration. plug sockets could do with upgrading. Bathroom was fairly small and shower was pretty tight.
Only there for two nights as it was at the end of our holiday in Sicily but would definitely go back
Liked: Excellent location for Palermo's main sites. Room was really comfortable a good size and quite Breakfast was really good and the service 10/10

A great o night stay. Perfect for our needs
Liked: Clean, comfortable. Breakfast provided. Very helpful, friendly and accomodating staff. Comfortable bed. Allowed us to store our luggage the next day after checkout and use bathrooms etc later on.
Disliked: Located close to main centre but extreme difficult to get to with a car with nowhere to really stop once you manage to get to the entrance.

Liked: The location puts all the essential sights in walking distance. The room was big, bright, airy and clean. The service from every member of staff was exceptional - very professional and very helpful.
Liked: Great location in the city, staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Room was a decent size and comfortable.
