Very good
Liked: A very nice hotel with comfortable, clean and well-appointed rooms. It is located slightly out of the middle of Palermo, but in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all of Palermo. The breakfast (included) was excellent and the staff serving breakfast could not have been nicer or more helpful. They could teach the front desk a thing or two about hospitality and friendliness. Except for Simon, the people at the desk were either ill-informed or simply unwilling to be helpful and friendly. Monica was decidedly the worst. She doesn’t need re-training, she needs to find a new job; hopefully one that has nothing to do with people.

Comfortable hotel in a decent location

Disliked: No ironing facilities Some of the staff found it hard to understand us - and therefore information was limited at times.

A lovely cool, calm and nice place to stay in Palermo
Liked: Nice breakfast. Good location. Lovely lounge to have a quiet drink. Good air conditioning which was great to return to after a busy day. A special mention to Monica who was very helpful and friendly.
