  Perfect location

  Liked: Amazing location at the gate of the old town, huge room, everything you could need. Great breakfast and the service was fantastic, everyone was really nice

  Disliked: The bathroom was small, but aren't they all in Italy.

  Great location - nice stay

  Liked: Well located just outside the old city. Secured parking was available and very friendly staff. We had a nice room with a large terrace. Breakfast was nice and had a nice view.

  Disliked: The bathroom needs a bit of updating. It was small and the sink didn't drain well.

  Nice central hotel with roof terrace

  Liked: Very nice comfortable room. Hotel in a good location with a lovely roof terrace where breakfast is served. Pleasant communal areas and helpful staff.

  Disliked: Some small details like a hair on the bed, scuff marks on the walls, but overall fine.

  Liked: Great location overlooking Porto Nuovo. Nice, comfortable rooms. Loved the terrace and used it for drinks with friends on a couple evenings. Staff was personable and helpful. Made for an all around great visit to Palermo.

  Excellent location for a stay in Palermo and caring, helpful staff who look after the property so well

  Liked: Location, cleanliness and lovely staff. Good roof terrace for breakfast

  Disliked: Traffic noise but that is unavoidable on the edge of the old town!
