Exceptional
Jenny is the most lovely host ever, my sister wasn’t well and she looked after her, i couldn’t thank her enough
Liked: Property was really clean and looked after
Nice location and great host
Liked: The host was very friendly and have us great tips for local things to see. The room was comfy, clean, had aircon and was quiet at night. The location is great, a 5min walk to the main market and historic centre.
Disliked: The wifi had been disabled which the host said was published on the website but nothing was mentioned on the booking.com listing. There was also no hot water but to be honest the September heat ment we were fine with the cold.
Room was nice but they destroyed 2 passports and refuse to take accountability
Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Shower was clean. Cleaner was friendly.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit leaked all over our bags which included passports (that were water damaged), laptop that was wet but has subsequently been checked by Apple and has fortunately escaped damage. Watch that was soaked and received liquid damage/staining to the strap. Bag that has liquid damage/staining and a book that was liquid damaged. The unit is not a BnB, there were no staff to raise this to. When we submitted our issue to the property they have refused to take any accountability for the damage and inconvenience. I have never in decades of traveling experienced a worse service from a hotel/bnb/property. The room was nice but if anything at all goes wrong they absolutely will refuse to answer emails, calls or any form of contact.

Liked: the location was close to CBD. the room was lovely.
Disliked: no facilities for cooking. 3 flights of stairs, not good for older people.
Wonderful stay!
Liked: Jenny and her mother are one of a kind! The place is spotless, room very nice and location great to explore Palermo. Highly recommanded!
Disliked: It’s already mentioned, parking is free on the streets in this part of Palermo, however, no parking places to be found. Jenny told us it’s because of the hospitals that surround her place. We ended up in a parking garage (Mike’s Beautiful Parking) nearby for 25 Euro for 24 hours. Be prepared that you’l have to leave your car key! Also highly recommanded!
