  Great location

  Liked: Location is perfect to explore Palermo by foot. Great indications by the host of restaurants and very easy self checkin/out. Laundry is a big bonus.

  Disliked: The room has little to no daylight, very little fresh air is possible as the only window is a balcony door to the street and not safe to keep it open. There is a somehow bad smell in the apartment and mold in the bathroom due to lack of ventilation I guess.

  Liked: Absolute bliss! Top location. Free parking on street right in front of property. Flawless communication with owner. Self check in and check out. We received a free upgrade to a wonderful studio, spacious, clean, fully renovated, wonderful bathroom. There was air conditioner turned on when we arrived, which was awesome in the hot evening. Some sweets and a souvenir welcomed us and a black board with greetings in our own language! We travel a lot and this is one of the best places we've stayed in. Grazie per tutto, Lorenzo!

  Great location, clean with excellent hospitality

  Liked: Very good location, close to the most activities but in very calm area. You are few steps away from the marina. The apartment was very clean. Lorenzo was very helpful and his hospitality was excellent. He welcomed us with delicious treats and the next morning he brought us big and delightful breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone.
