Exceptional
Liked: Nice and clean apartment. Easy to check in, good communication with the owner. Good coffee and various breakfast at the room price. Allowed to leave luggage after check out.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Location to the port as we got off from a cruise, Rio was spacious, comfortable and clean
Great stay and location friendly staff
Liked: Like the name, excellent location
Disliked: No cups or amenities in the room
Quiet B&B working walking distance of historic Palermo
Liked: Good sized room inside a converted apartment. B&B. 10 minute walk to old town and 5 minute walk to new marina area with bars and restaurants for a different vibe if Palermo gets too busy. We stayed in room 4 with a balcony that overlooked the sea. Very convenient for the port. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. It’s a small property just 4 rooms I think. Good communication about self check in.
Disliked: Would have loved a coffee machine in the room. The secure parking spot was reserved but there was lots of on street safe parking available and paid secure parking 3 minutes away.
Good location, good breakfast, supportive staff
Liked: Breakfast was very good. The sea view from the breakfast room was lovely.
Disliked: Better external signage, our taxi driver went past the entrance twice.
Liked: The staff were lovely very helpful and accommodating
Disliked: Shower over bath was a bit dangerous for my husband getting in and out.
