Perfect location
Liked: Fabulous location Loved the kitchen/sitting room being upstairs with the terrace then downstairs a specious bedroom and small bedroom
Liked: The accommodation is in an excellent location, in the very center of the historic city, and the bus station and the station for transportation to the airport are a minute or two away. Everything was clean. It has everything from the contents, bath soak, towels, things for the kitchen, even washing machine. The hosts are friendly. All praise!
Disliked: There is no complaint, the only thing I can say is missing is the cushions for the chairs on the terrace.
We experienced some issues and the host was not very
Liked: Great location and decoration of the apartment
Disliked: The communication with the host was very bad. I started contacting him 3 days before my arrival to align on check in time but he didn’t responded even when I followed up. The place was missing check in and check out times. Only very close to midday he called. We also had no WiFi and received no response on the issue for one day even when we contacted the host via 3 different channels. Next day I called and it was solved. We requested a second key than they promised and never delivered. And at the end we had the same issue for check out as we had for check in. Overall, for the high price of the place, I would not recommend it. Specially not for working remotely or living more than 2 days.
Liked: The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was in the heart of the city center. The host was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!
A neat and tidy apartment close to Palermo’s main attractions
Liked: Property was clean, modern even though in an older block, and in a great location within walking distance to many of Palermo’s attractions.
Disliked: Bedroom is downstairs at entry level and kitchen/lounge area is upstairs via a steep staircase. I would not recommend for people with mobility issues.
Liked: The apartment is new with new furnishings and in the good location in the center of Palermo. The staff were nice and friendly.
Disliked: The apartment was dirty, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned in a while, bathroom and floors especially. The apartment is missing a lot of things: curtains in the bedroom (the sun is shining in early), trash can on the bathroom is missing, many things lacking in the kitchen (no proper knives to cut, limited cookware etc), no trashbags. This place just needs some fine tuning to really be comfortable.
