Liked: Good location of a very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, gives you a feel of luxury. Helpful and kind staff. Palermo is very hot in August, so it was nice to come back for some siesta during the hottest hours of the day, due to the location.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t of a high level. Very basic, same everyday and some things for additional pay (like omelette with tomatoes or another cup of coffee)
