  Liked: Our flight was delayed by 8 hours, so we didn’t arrive at hotel until well after check-in time, but the staff made extra effort to welcome us…at midnight.

  Beautiful location, quiet and in the center's heart

  Liked: The location was great, everyone working was very friendly, the rooftop breakfast was relaxing and the gentleman working was very nice. The rooms were large and spacious.

  Disliked: We came to experience a day of massage and complete relaxation after working and traveling for weeks. Upon arrival we realized it's not actually much of a "spa" so we signed up for two massages. We both asked for strong pressure and muscle release and neither of us had any pressure at all, more of a very soft touch with oils. The women were friendly, the room was clean and relaxing, however the massages were not what we were hoping for.

  It was better than we expected and our we expectations were high!

  Liked: Breakfast was wonderful selection of food and a beautiful view from the terrace. A great place to start the day. As with everything about this place — excellent staff. Esther was fantastic. Receptionists were bright, cheerful and helpful. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Perfect location! This hotel is very well located. I recommend it highly.

  Disliked: I wish we had paid more attention to the offer to arrange a car and driver from the airport. We did have them arrange them for our return to the airport and the car, driver and experience were luxurious.
