Fabulous
This was not a bad place for the price, but I would not stay here again
Liked: There is no signage to find the place. The only signage is the 1" by 2" name next to the bell you have to ring to get inside. Once inside, the entry is dark and dank. You have to carry all your luggage over the entry step and up another series of 4 or 5 steps to an elevator and take them up one bag at a time. The place was clean and the staff was nice, but the desk was unattended during the night. These rooms are located in a building which houses several other businesses and is not a typical hotel. It has a private entrance from a hallway where you go into a desk and the rooms are down a hallway. There was a lot of street noise in the room and no parking. They served a nice breakfast with a variety of different items to choose from. Although it was not a bad experience overall, I would not stay there again. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy bags, be prepared to lug them over the raised doorway and up several steps to reach the elevator.

Liked: Clean tidy comfortable and just what we needed after 16 hours of travel. A piece of Italian culture at its best.

Cheap but not worth it for long stays
Liked: Very close to downtown. Parking slots near the hotel even though they were not private slots. Self check-in. Bartolo was kind and available. The price was cheap.
Disliked: We stayed in Caravaggio Room. It was pretty spacious for 3 people, but the 3rd bed wasn’t that comfortable. The bathroom was the worst place of the room: it wasn’t that clean, the tiles in front of the shower were broken. We were 3 but there was only 1 piece of mini size shower gel then 4 bottles of intimate wash. I don’t recommend the breakfast because they didn’t have a vast choice: they gave us small cannoli, trecce and ciambelle but they didn’t taste that good, the 3 croissants were the only thing we ate; then they served us 1 hot drink.
