Very good
Liked: Great location, the hostess are kind, the apartment is clean.
Liked: The staff were great - all communication handled swiftly, clearly and friendly. Good sized room with very good air conditioning. Location was good being only 5 mins from Via Roma which is the main arterial route with loads of buses. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by including the excellent Nova.
Disliked: TBH for this price point I just thought the apartment was a bit tired - scuffed paintwork, mouldy silicon, loose skirting, very dodgy key for electricity (with a looming €20 fine for the person for whom it breaks off in the lock), noisy fridge, and a bed and pillows which we found a bit uncomfortable. It is by no means poor but we were in Sicily for 10 days and this was the poorest cost to quality accommodation we had- perhaps Palermo needed another €30 a night.

Liked: It’s in a great location, very central. The actual apartment was good - a good size and plenty of facilities. The staff were good, albeit did not speak very good English and allowed us to leave our luggage for the day whilst we explored before our late flight.
Disliked: The apartment wasn’t very clean - the floor was dirty (crumbs, crisps and dust on the floor) and I felt like I had to wear flip flops to walk around the room. The shower was dirty - build up of black mould and the plug was blocked, meaning you could only shower for 2 mins before having to turn it off to allow the water to drain so the shower tray didn’t overflow. There was thick black hairs on surfaces and inside a couple of drawers. Just felt grubby and very poorly cleaned sadly.

Disappointed with communication instructions and support of staff
Disliked: Self check in instructions not clear. We could not find our apartment. Could not contact manager for period of time so booked somewhere else. When we did hear from manager she would not reimburse in any way. Went back to apartment and found our room through different entrance. Tried again to talk to manager about miscommunication but she would not reimburse even one night.
Liked: Location/ Space/ cleanness
Disliked: Only parking. The person at Valet Parking missed our car. It was the reason to visit the airport. Of course, the person is not related to this accommodation but we could not believe it.
