Exceptional
Fantastic accommodation in the centre of Palermo!
Liked: Great location Very clean and everything in the room was very thought out. All the staff were so helpful and made the stay really comfortable.
Liked: Very friendly staff, excellent location, and outstanding service. All our requests were fully met.
Disliked: The only downside was the thin walls, creaky floors, and street noise, even with the windows closed. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay.
A home away from home in the truest sense!
Liked: Firstly, we had a very late flight, however the self-checkin process was a doddle. The location of the property is slap-bang in the centre making access to all the highlights of Palermo very very easy. The property has modern decor and a great vibe. Disliked: There was genuinely nothing we disliked in this property.
Wonderful staff! Breakfast was ok for those who only like a croissant and coffee
Liked: The location was exceptional.
Disliked: There is no where to hang anything, no hooks, no rod, no hangers at all, and no glasses, we only had a couple of paper cups that seems close to disintegrating when we put wine in. No corkscrew, some in room supplies would have been lovely.

Liked: INCREDIBLE place! The hosts are lovely, accomodating and go above and beyond. The place is CLEAN and modern, the location is amazing - literally in the historical center AND the airport bus stops right in front. It's decorated in a lovely cozy but modern way, the layout is stunning, the rooftop garden is amazing, I literally could not recommend this enough!!!

Liked: Fantastic staff, good breakfast. Great location. I can highly recommend the nearby restaurant II Cambusone.
Disliked: The only downside is that the photo of the roof terrace does not accurately represent the property.
