Great
Liked: The location is great! Alessandro is a fabulous host, very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, pretty and very confortable. There is a beautiful terrasse with an lazing view, accessible at anytime for all guests
Liked: The balcony with view for breakfast or relaxing is wonderful. The breakfast was great. The location was central, only a 10 minute walk to the train and bus station, 15 minute walk to the waterfront, and right in the old town. I loved walking through the old streets, strolling through the bustling market at night with all the eateries. The host sent detailed info with photos for check-in, which was very helpful. He was quick to answer any questions.
Disliked: Hard to find at first as GPS sent us to wrong side of the building (this seems to happen in Sicily).
The property was ideally situated in the heart of the city and was very clean and well maintained
Liked: The location is excellent, very close to the city centre. We had a most spacious en-suite bedroom. The room met all our needs and was extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were very good and the rooftop terrace was a joy. Alessandro was a wonderful host with a great sense of humour and provided us with lots of helpful information.

Great room close to the historic center of Palermo
Liked: Great location close to the historic center of Palermo. Alessandro provided great instructions for finding the property, things to do, good restaurants close by. The breakfast terrace was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the windows were great at keeping the noise down at night. Alessandro was a great host!
Amazing base for our two nights in Palermo
Liked: Location was excellent. Alessandro was so helpful before and during our stay.
Disliked: Stairs-but we were told about them beforehand, it was our choice we just sadly had heavy bags!
Liked: I choose Quattro Incanti because it was a nice place within walking distance of the train station. I have no complaints and we had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight home so we were’t able to check out the breakfast.
Disliked: Like so many vacation rentals, there was no in person contact with staff, which made our one-night stay seem a bit unmemorable. I did communicate by phone and text with the owner, who was super responsive and helpful. I just happen to like the personal connection of interacting with the host.
