  Liked: Very central location. Comfortable bed.

  Disliked: Very noisy as so central so take ear plugs! Shower very cramped and toilet seat broken.

  Host Michele or whoever works there is very unoleasnt and ignorant

  Liked: Location was great and girl on the reception was very nice and polite unlike other guy.

  Disliked: On the day of my arrival, I asked Michele (host) if I can leave my luggage 2 hours before in the apartment and he said yes. When I arrived and told him that I am nesr by, looking for the parking, he said that I can park in his garage and that price for the parking is 30 €. He then again asked me about the model of the car. After telling him what car I have, the price became 35€, altough in apartment is notice that parking is 25-30€. The garage was packed with cars, tiny and narrow. Ideal place to destroy the car. Some stranger helped me to drive in the garage. After seeing that I won’t be able to park it there myself, I wrote message to Michele, saying that I will try to find other place to park. On my message, he just replied with “NO”. I called him to explain why I don’t want to park there but he hung up in the middle of the sentance and could not be reached until the time of official check in. Finally, when I came to the apartment I had another situations. Pipes under the sink were leaking heavily and the shower was clogged. During every shower, water would reach to the ankles and needed some time to go down the drain. I notified him, but nothing was done about it. He said okay and never came to check it. Since sink was literally flooding the floor in the bathroom, he had to know about it. The girl on the reception was nice, but the guy working there was very unpleasent. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other rooms so I had first row listening to other guests making love. Location is great, but everything else was terrible. AC smells funny and probably should be cleaned or need filters removal.

  Excellent location and outstanding hospitality

  Liked: We had a great stay in Palermo. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was extremely friendly, flexible, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again.

  Liked: The location is amazing, you can reach on foot all important attractions. We had our room cleaned every day, including washing dishes and replacing used coffee tablets, jams, etc. Shower is very good, unlimited hot water, good pressure and even has colored lights above. There was amazon prime on TV which we usually dont have. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

  Disliked: The room was facing inside of the building block so it was very dark inside, really hard to wake up in the morning and had to turn on the lights in kitchen for breakfast. Sometimes other guests would slam doors in the middle of the night but that is not the hotels fault.
