Exceptional
Best of Palermo!
Liked: Staff treated us like family. The 'made to order' breakfast every morning was exceptional - and so cheerfully delivered each morning. They attended to our every need, loaned beach towels and an umbrella for our day trip to Cefalu. Our private terrace was such a treat! Max, Guiseppi, Marta, Serg and Sabrina are those who assisted us and are top notch! Thank you, Rooms 19!
Excellent
Liked: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely full breakfast. Clean and comfortable bed. We stayed in the 3rd floor … no elevator so keep that in mind if you have a issue with stairs. Would stay again. Thank you
Excellent place, in the cneter of town, yet easily reachable. Very clean, excellent staff
Liked: Breakfasr was included, but also tuned to our wishes: we received a question list the day before and could select what we wanted.
Disliked: -
We only stayed one night but would recommend it. It's not 4 or 5 stars but adequate
Liked: The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good. Breakfast was fine and delivered right on time.
Disliked: The stairs. It was a bit of a struggle getting the larger of our cases up the stairs and the heat (which is out of the B&B's control) didn't help. However upon checkout the host carried our case down the stairs for us, which was very much appreciated.
Liked: We had a great time at 19 Rooms BnB. The place and balcony were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Marta was very helpful and kind.
A great base for exploring Palermo. Quiet street, private terrace, great breakfast, friendly staff!
Liked: Great location near the centre of town, but still quiet. Major bonus was the private terrace with a great view over the city. The breakfast was excellent and Marta was very friendly and helpful. Communication was good, and self-check-in was easy (we arrived late).
Disliked: The stairs were steep and tight, but that wasn't too much of an issue.
