It’s like a little oasis behind the beautiful old doos

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The indoor pool was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was within easy reach on foot.

Disliked: The rooms could do with draws and somewhere to hang dresses that don’t drape all over the floor. The maintenance team could do with looking at the shower head and curtain rails.

Liked: The staff was unbelievably nice. My husband hurt his ankle while traveling and they brought our breakfast to us downstairs and helped us seek medical help. Our room was enormous and more than met our needs and that hot indoor pool was a pleasure to soak in at the end of the day.

Super friendly staff and lovely facilities - recommend!

Liked: Breakfast was lovely - they buy in fresh pastries that you order the night before (via Whatsapp), in addition to their standard breakfast menu which you choose at the table. So grateful they accommodated our very early breakfast on the day of the Palermo Half Marathon too. Loved that you could spend time on the roof terrace (sun loungers, tables, parasols) and you could message on the same Whatsapp number for drinks and snacks to be brought up to you. The bed and pillows were a dream! Really, really comfortable and the shutters meant complete darkness too - we slept so well in our room overlooking the back garden (our friends didn't but they chose to sleep with their window open and their room was over looking the front of the building/road - if we'd known, we would have swapped rooms before settling in as we keep the window closed. We'll know for next time!)
