Very good
Liked: Perfect little room with a bathroom. Wouldn't call it studio as there was no kitchen. Location in the middle of everything. Close to all the attractions of Palermo. 10min walk to Lidl. Very clean, coffee and tea available.
Disliked: Electricity goes off when you leave the room, including the fridge. Very annoying as you couldn't keep anything to eat there as it was going off. Apart that - great.
Rather disappointing, would not recommend
Liked: The place is in the city center and the owner was responsive.
Disliked: You cannot open the window as there is a restaurant's extraction fan just below and it smells terrible, so it feels like living in an enclosed room with no fresh air and daylight. The smells there were very unpleasant (strong odor of bleach when we arrive that caused headache and weird smells caused from the air condition). None of the kitchen items was clean, the whole place has a worn out and greasy feel. The place is very small and noisy.

Liked: Location is superb, very clean and comfortable room for 2 people. Everything is prepared so nice. Great contact with the owner, very helpful person.

Perfect for a short stay
Liked: The location is perfect, there is parking nearby and it's not that expensive. Even if you don't rent a car the train and bus station are near. The apartment is not that big, but has everything you need for a short (3-5 days) stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to prepare a quick meal. There's a washing machine for an extra fee. A small grocery store is right at the entrance of the building and Lidl is a 15min walk away. The host was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this accomodation
Perfect location, very cute apartment!
Liked: The property is very well located, it was big enough for two people to feel pretty comfortable, there is an AC which works perfectly and regardless of its central location it wasn’t too noisy.
Disliked: Perhaps only the smell of fried food which comes from the nearby restaurant when you open the window but it didn’t bother us too much.
