Well located and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good but the room was impractical in key respects. was good. But the a
Liked: Location and size of room
Disliked: No desk to sit at. Needed an extra stand for the second case. Lighting not bright enough. Nowhere to hang towels. Needed hooks for towels. No one greeted us the whole time we were there. Just the lady who prepared the breakfast and checked us out.
Disliked: There was no one to meet us or let us in or direct us to parking. All communication was via WhatsApp. Access to the building was via a code, on both the outer and inner doors. I left my phone in charging, so didn't have the code with me when we popped out to park our car. We called with my partner's phone to get the code, left voicemails, and messages, emailed and tried ringing the bell. We even sent messages via the Instagram site. We were locked out of our room for 6 hours, until another guest arrived back and let us in. The place is not staffed - so you are entirely on your own. The Vossia team did apologise and waive the night's fee - but our one day stay in Palermo was ruined.
Perfect location to explore everything Palermo has to offer!
Liked: We stayed here as the last stop of our honeymoon trip around Sicily and it completely exceeded our expectations. Stephie checked us in when we arrived was incredibly warm and helpful throughout the entire stay. We would highly suggest to take Stephie and the team's recommendations as they picked out lots of great spots around Palermo during our stay. They also were a great helping with bookings for local restaurants and taxi transfers to the airport. The location of the apartments is great and very easy to walk to the main centre of Palermo!

The staff, the location and the overall decor of this roomy B&B was very welcomed
Liked: Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. The overall facility was very clean and modern. Room was nicely laid out and decorated with plenty of room, which was just as advertised. Distance to Palermo town and attractions was an added plus. Breakfast was a nice mix and coffee available. Air conditioning worked really well and so welcomed after a day out in Palermo
Disliked: I am a light sleeper. I found that one of the windows could have closed tighter to block road noise. Nothing else about this location was an issue.
Liked: Characterful apartment with helpful owners. Check in late at night was straightforward. Breakfast was lovely and they kindly stored our luggage for a while.
