Exceptional
Spacious apartment in the heart of Palermo! A very kind owner:)
Excellent!
Liked: This apartment is very close to the old town center, but also easy walking distance to Politeama Square and Teatro Massimo. Very spacious, with good light and modern amenities, updated bathroom. High ceilings to trap the heat, but also with very capable air conditioning on demand. Giuseppe was very well prepared, with perfect video instructions on how to access the property and an excellent PDF with information and instructions, as well as suggestions for places to eat or transport arrangements that might be needed. He was easy to connect with and very responsive. He even left us some delicious pastry sweets in the fridge to greet our arrival!
Disliked: There really wasn’t anything not to like, but it was necessary to keep the nice sound insulated windows closed at night, because the road under the apartment is an active thoroughfare. However, that made sitting on the balcony with the first coffee of the morning a fun watch activity.
Great first impression of Palermo. We wish to stay there longer!
Liked: The property is cozy and stylish, just like a city apartment you would love to have in the center of a European city. The facility is good and extremely clean, you have everything you need, like ac, coffee machine, washing machine, pans ( if you would like to cook). The location is great, Mercato del Capo and Teatro Al Massimo is several hundred meters away. Excellent bakery in the neighborhood. The owners are a decent couple with decent jobs in the city, ready and with good taste to recommend you about food and anything worth visiting in and around the city
Pleasant stay with a super-friendly host
Liked: It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious. The location is great, as everything is within walking distance. You feel right at home. I especially loved the Ortigia cup in the bathroom! I must express our gratitude to the host, Giuseppe. Since a friend who was traveling with us had her birthday there, I wanted to order a bouquet of flowers and a birthday cake online in advance, but the somewhat unclear delivery time would have made our daily planning a little difficult. However, Giuseppe offered to pick up the items (at no extra cost) relatively early on a Saturday morning and bring them to the apartment. Everything worked out wonderfully, and we were able to make our friend very happy. I found this hospitality truly unique! Thank you very much, Giuseppe!

Simply stunning you will not find better
Liked: Just WOW, this place is stunning. Giuseppe was at our disposal every step of the way with very clear directions and instructions. Comfortable, immaculate apartments, spent probably a solid 10 mins just admiring the ceilings which are works of art!... Location is simply superb, easy access to absolutely everything and after the amazing chaos of wonderful Palermo, it was just stunning to get back and put your feet up. Thank you for being so amazing x
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, just loved this place, elegant, beautiful apartments/suites in the heart of Palermo. I researched for some time and just so glad went with Zahir as our choice!
Clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of Palermo
Liked: The host is fantastic. He is available over WhatsApp to answer any questions. He sent us a video showing how to enter the building, walk to the apartment (there were 3 on one floor) and access the key from the lock box, then he opened the door to show us entry into the apartment. This was super helpful. The apartment itself was modern and very clean and cool in temp (we were there in August so that was important to us). We had access to a washer/dryer and all the amenities you would need in an apartment. He also set taxi transfers up for pick-up from the airport and back and the taxi company he used was prompt, the car clean.
Disliked: The host really seems to have done all he can to make it an enjoyable, comfortable stay.
