Guest reviews
Very good
A beautiful experience with lovely staff
Liked: Breakfast buffer was amazing.
Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Reception not open when we arrived to find our apartment 1406
Liked: Everything
Disliked: Early check out
Good but a few negatives
Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The mattress was too hard and room serviced varied
Liked: The location is great near Gardaland
Disliked: The staff undriendly and guests are not informed where they need to check in. You are sent from one reception desk to another. The staff is unfriendly and we got the impression that children are not welcome as this is golf resort. The rooms are in poor condition, with mold in the sinks and ants in the bed, on the wardrobes, around the TV and in the dressing room. The hairdryer is pratically useless as it is mot powerful enough to dry long hair.
Liked: Hourly bus into town
