  Liked: The location is outside of the city but that is actually advantage as it is well connected with fast road in all directions for discovering the surroundings. And it is short drive away from the lake an the beautiful lake towns. The apartment was nice and clean. The staff kind and helpful. The location is perfect for families with kids as the playground, small football field, pool are big hit. Parents can sip vine as the kids play.

  Lovely, relaxed stay with beautiful views

  Liked: The property was beautiful with stunning views and lots on site to do. We visited the animals, used the pool and the kids loved the play park and football pitch and played the outdoor chess. Staff were really helpful and the property very clean.

  Liked: The location is great, and the kids’ play area is fantastic! Our children really enjoyed it. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was an issue. The floors were dirty, there were at least eight flies inside the room, and the bathroom shower hadn’t been properly cleaned either. This was disappointing and definitely affected our overall experience. The mini farm was a bit disappointing too. There were only a few animals, and you had to pay extra to feed them.

  Warm recommendations

  Liked: We arrived at Bertoletta Village Apartments after a trip through the Dolomites, and it was a wonderful choice. Waking up to the beautiful vineyard views was absolutely magical. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need, and it was perfect for our family. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car, and the location is excellent for exploring the area - around 15 minutes from Sirmione / Gardaland. The staff was very helpful and responsive to anything we needed. Our children absolutely loved the place and were excited about everything it had to offer - the swimming pool, cute farm, playgrounds, and the mini soccer field. We highly recommend staying here, especially for families!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation and location were perfect, especially for families with children. Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here. If we have the opportunity to visit again, we would definitely choose this place once more. Highly recommended!

  Disliked: One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the washing machines and dryers with newer models. The current machines require payment, but they are quite old and do not work as effectively as expected. Upgrading them would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.

  Excellent stay for 2 young kids

  Liked: The kids couldn’t get enough of the play ground! We almost spent our whole trip there. When we were out they were thinking about it. Apartments were clean and well equipped. I cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The reception staff were helpful and addressed minor issue immediately, lighter for the gas stove. Easy going. Lots of parking. Very close to Lidl.

  Disliked: I would advise a car. The roads to the town do not have pavements.
