  Liked: Location was perfect. In the centre of town, easy to use the buses and lake ferry boat. Had a great stay.

  Disliked: Would prefer a buffet breakfast, not keen on having to order the day before. Other than this, the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great stay.

  Great place to stay, restaurant was fab and the staff were really helpful and friendly

  Centrally located and clean. Some tea/coffee or water would’ve helped

  Liked: Breakfast had a limited choice and had to be chosen the night before

  Disliked: There were no clear directions how we got the keys. We phoned a number from outside the building and were told someone would be with us in 10 minutes We waited for an hour, phoned again only to be told to go onto restaurant to get the keys! The room we were initially given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke so asked for an alternative room which was so much better.
