Fabulous
Relative to the prices in the area, we got good conditions
Liked: Very convenient location, 7 minutes walk from the lake, adjacent to a famous camping site in Bella Italia. Plenty of parking underneath the house, ice cream shop and playground near the house. We received an immediate response from the supplier for our needs.
Disliked: Air conditioning only in the living room and not in the bedroom. Third floor without an elevator. No privacy, the balcony is shared with neighbors. There is no light insulation, and turning on any light in the balcony would illuminate the entire living room. By chance, there were noisy neighbors, and this disturbed the children's sleep. Because it's an attic apartment, we kept hitting our heads in the kitchen and bedroom due to the sloped ceiling.
A great base for exploring the southern part od Lago di Garda
Liked: A well-equipped and air-conditioned apartment with a very spacious living room. There is a seating area on the terrace facing the lake. However, the terrace is shared with the second apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house. The nearest beach at Lago di Garda is within a 10-minute walk, and the town center is about 2.5 km away. There are several shops and supermarkets in the area, as well as a gelateria and a patisserie nearby. It should be noted that the apartment is in the attic, so the entire space cannot be used, and in some places, you need to watch your head. Communication with the host Flavia was excellent. Flavia provided all the necessary information in advance and on time.
Disliked: Children can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed, but it is less comfortable for an adult. The internet connection is not stable.
