Exceptional
Very good small boutique hotel
Liked: Small hotel in which we enjoyed more than expected on arrival. The staff were very friendly and considerate. It was up to date with all mod cons in place Location good for transport.
Disliked: Street a bit down with approach a little worrying. Reception area not in keeping with the rooms and catering areas but staff made up for that. SatNav failed twice to locate the hotel.
Hop Skip & Jump from Train Station
Liked: Hotel Garden is quite literally a stone-throw from the train station yet you don't really hear the train noise due to shutters on the windows. Our room had a huge sunny balcony, table and chairs There are numerous restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, as well as shops. The continental breakfast was good although there wasn't a large selection of food.
Disliked: The shower cubicle was a little narrow which meant you kept hitting the temperature dial when washing. The toilet space was very narrow and a larger person would struggle to use it!
3rd time staying at this hotel and can’t wait to visit again

Liked: The stuff were so welcoming and warm, the location was excelent, price was very fair, and the hotel looks great
Liked: Great stay, very clean, friendly staff. Just across from the bus station. Bus stop just 100yds away to take you up the lake. 10 minute walk into town.
Disliked: Nothing
Comfortable, intimate and pleasant
Liked: Clean and modern, great size room. Location was excellent also as the main reason for our trip was to both to be close to Gardaland and Caneva World (free shuttle buses from the train station literally 20m from the hotel) and also close proximity to Peschiera. The staff were absolute fantastic - engaging, helpful and very attentive. The breakfast offering was perfect to start your day as was the coffee! The restaurant was also great value for money with a menu full of fresh, well prepared and tasty dishes.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like. It was perfect for our specific needs and requirements.
