Good
Beautiful location
Liked: A bit awkward collecting the keys as not on the premises, so must be factored and if you have a late flight i.e. after 7pm, then they will charge you a fee €40 to keep their offices open to get the keys. The place is very clean and the pool is nice, good size. The shop and bar on the premises is quite expensive and some of the workers not very friendly. Location is excellent and easy access to the bus service out the back exit.
Disliked: The big issue with the pool for me is that you have to pay to rent the loungers, which I found to be totally unacceptable. I haven't come across this before and it should be included in the property description. This can add up for a family of 4 each day.
Liked: Excellent location, pet friendly and free parking. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: The bed mattress needs replacement. One of them was slightly de- formed

Disliked: Glass bottles been collected 2:30am in the morning woke our kids

Disliked: No advance warning that swimming caps are mandatory for the pool.
Excellent location and facilities onsite for families
Liked: The location within walking distance downhill to the lake and behind to a main street with lots of buses. Only 10 mins to the port area. Lots onsite at the residence with pool, tennis, playground and restaurant. Everything you would need to accommodate a family in the apartment.
Disliked: When cooking on the gas hob, the handles of the pots got so hot, it was impossible to lift them. Either oven gloves onsite or different cook ware...only minor feedback as it was excellent.
Disliked: The check-in is on the other side of the town.
