  It was hectic and bit stressfull experience due to couple of mishaps

  Liked: The only thing i can mention apart from the cleanliness and room being spacious is that they had agreed to keep our luggage after checkout for free

  Disliked: There are many things: A. Starting from check in, i dont get that when the norm of check-in is 11 o clock or hardly 12 o clock, why the hotel has set at 15:00, and check out follows the norm of 10 o clock, where the hell, a person would go from 10 o clock to 15:00. It means that you are charging a large sump of money not even for 19hrs of stay per day. B. Room had given with amenities like kitchen sink, kitchen counter and kitchen exhaust but there was no stove and even you cant warm a thing in the hotel kitchen. C. It was also a trouble that in the large sump of hotel money, breakfast is not included, you need to book the costly breakfast prior one day before. D. Another thing is, the utilities that are provided like oil or shampoo were of cheap brand/quality of selex and even oil bottle was empty. Further there was no soap or tooth paste but only a shower gel for every thing. E. Another thing is room was clean and spacious but i had booked a quadruple room and it was not a quadruple room, it had a queen size bed with a sofa. F. Lastly, the bed or mattress (spring) was bit too old and used so much so that it was a discomfort to sleep. G. Even though it was near a prime location but hotel was located just beside a car body works (carrozzeria) and you can come across some nasty, racist and uneducated people specially during night. And shocking thing was that when we wanted to confront for the bit early checkin, towards 12 o clock (day), they said we are not the hotel, i was bit gob smacked. In summary i will not book this hotel for the next time and i would not recommend any one to book it, specially if you are coming with a family.

  A beautiful stay

  Liked: I didn’t expect this to be such a beautiful stay. Close to Gardaland, Hofer, Lidl, and a parking spot; beautiful scent inside the building and apartment. Also, quick replies to all the messages and requests.
