Very good
some strange extra fees
Disliked: the Swimmingpool, the basic facilaty of the resort, can be used for free, but, very strange, the chair need to pay extra. It is not normal! And the WiFi there is the same, need to pay extra. Common sense, the WiFi belangt to basic facilaty, like air and water, should be provided as essential.

Liked: 1)Location: close to Gardaland Park, walking distance. 2)Pool+water gymnastics. 3)Tent itself was new and clean. Fully equipped for 4 persons. 4) camping is located right on the shores of Lake Garda.
Disliked: 1) Customer service: We were supposed to arrive around 23.00. I was promised bed linen upon arrival (informed via booking). However, when we arrived at 23.10 (due to major train delays), there was only a security guard at the entrance who did not speak English. We did not receive any bed linen and the whole tired family slept in unhygienic conditions:( 2) Rodents. The tent (Villatent) was not closed tightly and during the night you could hear rodents crawling inside the tent, although all the food was put away in the fridge. 3) the check-in procedure itself and the additional payment of a small tourist tax is very slow. It took me about 40 minutes. 4) 4 persons/3nights = 700€ was quite expensive
