Liked: The staff went above and beyond to hlep us with our bikes until they were picked up by rental company and to prepare us box breakfasts to take on the train because we had to leave before the breakfast started - very EXCEPTIONAL service. Thank you!

Liked: The hotel is nice and in a good location, close to the train station. It has a great view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the service in the restaurant. I have a child with celiac disease and they made sure he felt good and fed, and I was relaxed. They have a gluten-free option for both breakfast and dinner. The terrace is very nice for dinner and has a view of the lake. The pool is clean and peaceful. There is a large parking lot.
Disliked: The hotel is nice, but a bit old. The room we were given was not very well lit and the window could have been bigger because the view is worth it. We were also right next to the elevator, which was extremely noisy and that really bothered us.
A fabulous stay, if we had not stayed here we would not have enjoyed Peschiera half as much
Liked: Everything was excellent. But stand outs were the pool and garden and the friendliness of all staff.
Disliked: I would have segregated smokers and non smokers outside at breakfast. Some people with dogs did not follow the rules.
