Fabulous
Liked: The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. My phone broke and they went out of their way to help me. They were so kind and lovely and they all went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
Disliked: The location - if you don't have a car it's quite bit far out of town and probably not the best place to stay as a solo traveler without a car.
Nice and comfortable snd relaxing atmosphere in grounds
Disliked: Staff were polite and helpful. We had planned to walk to Peschiera del Garda from hotel, but roadworks outside meant it was not possible. Got taxi as public transport was sparse from there. Lovely grounds and handy for church on Sunday. Interesting place. We only had breakfast there, which was more than adequate, so cannot comment on restaurant - but menu looked good. Nice having the shops to browse local produce. I would go again.

Liked: Beautiful surroundings, especially the church and the arches near the hotel. The owner was very kind and welcoming. We really appreciated the attention and care shown to our family. The hotel was very clean, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay to discover the lake area
Liked: The location is magical and romantic. The hotel is locted next to the church on a lovely square. You see the church from your window.The room is quite simply set up but has everything you need. The restaurant at the hotel is great, all the staff was very nice and helpful, home-made cake for breakfast and a small shop with local goods were just cherry on top of the cake. We would definatelly come back.
Disliked: The AC was a bit too loud and so disturbing during sleep. One of the window blinds didn't work properly.
Good value next to a famous 16th-century pilgrimage church and Franciscan monastery
Liked: The room was small but really clean, had great air conditioning, an amazing shower, and the mattress was fantastic—super firm and comfy!
Disliked: The TV basic cable didn't offer anything worth remembering, and the connection was sketchy at times.
