  Liked: The host was very correct about the situation, he gave back money for the first night cos they forgot clean the room, but he gave us another room in 5 minutes! Thanks

  Disliked: We arrived around 11.30 pm and the room wasn’t clean, I called the host and he gave us another room( also this one wasn’t very clean but was ok) but the host gave us back the money for the first night, and luckily he found another room very fast!

  Good hotel close to everything

  Liked: Kitchen with basic utilities to do breakfast. Nice veranda with view to the mountains and partially to the lake (Room 7). Modern bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Easy check in. Everything within 10-20 min by car

  Liked: Very welcoming and organized. Perfect location (minutes drive to gardaland, shopping centres, lake Garda). Staff very helpful and went out of their way to assist even not property related. I definitely recommend and would look for nothing else if I had to do it all over again!
