Good
Ok stay, would be better in season
Liked: Breakfast buffet very good and kids loved indoor pool. Shuttle bus was handy but not frequent enough
Disliked: Outdoor pools shut with season over, shuttle bus good but not frequent enough. Beds were a little hard but room was a good size. Rooms were quite noisy and you could hear the rooms next door.

Perfect hotel
Liked: Amazing resort and hotel, huge room, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, swimming pools, gym, breakfast outstanding, we had only one night, but I would definitely stay for more days.
Disliked: I opened mini bar and saw one open Coca Cola can, somebody drank and put back, room service probably didn’t check mini bar, I told about it at reception, no problems, was funny, on my experience the first time like this
Disliked: It would be good to have an iron in the room or at reception.
Disliked: Room was dirty. The shower head had a substantial amount of mold. Some of the walls were dirty. General upkeep of the facilties were poor. Pools weren't cleaned daily (not sure they were cleaned at all, during our 4 day stay). Breakfast was very basic and quality of food was poor. Doesn't look like any landscaping had taken place recently. Everything was overgrown and weeds everywhere. Hotel needs updating. Can't see how this is a 4 star hotel....
The food and the pools were great. The room let it down a little
Liked: The swimming pools were great. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety and plenty of food. The Pizza Pasta Restaurant was good with nice food at a reasonable price. The shuttle bus was a bonus, but you must check the times it leaves
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable as were the pillows. There was hardly any sound proofing in the room and we heard our neighbours moving around all the time. The shuttle bus was inconsistent and the check in process was long and confusing
