  Liked: Fantastic apartment in a great location. Was comfortable and suitably equipped for our 6 night stay. Dealing with the host was very easy and the regular communication before and during our stay was excellent.

  Lovely stay at Cappucini Residence

  Liked: The 2 bed apartment was very nice, spotlessly clean, with a view of the lake. The kitchenette is small but had everything we needed. The complex is lovely, with a laid-back family vibe. 2 larger pools and 2 kiddie pools. Fabulous location, just 5 minutes from Cappucini beach and about 10 minutes walk to the lovely town of Peschiera. The only downside is that the nearest supermarket is 20 minute walk away, as we had no car. Note that the campsite next door has a mini market but non-residents were not allowed in. Our host Sara was very helpful, always so quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely come back.

  Disliked: A nearer supermarket would be a benefit. Charging for the sun loungers at the pool seems unnecessary when you are paying to stay there. Most people didn't use them for that reason.

  Liked: Property was very clean and the location was excellent. Complex itself was great and the balcony in the apartment was fab. The receptionist was really quick to respond to any query we had and was incredibly helpful..

  Disliked: Beds were a bit uncomfortable. The second bedroom was really small (we had two older teenagers with us and one of them had to sleep on the couch). Apartment would have benefitted from a microwave

  Liked: The apartment is located just by the lake (gorgeous view), there are 2 big swiming pools with lifeguards and a bar with drinks, food, icecream in the private area. The venue was very clean, cozy sheets, many many towels, air conditioning was central, but enough to cool down the place.

  Disliked: Bathroom could use a Little renovation:) living with out a car was an adventure. Though Lidl is in a walkable distance and busses just around the corner)

  Amazing location for families

  Liked: Large apartment with a gorgeous balcony with beautiful views. The pools were nice and lifeguard was there. The site was kept clean and it was quiet and full of families. Location is excellent!! Right next to everything. Thank you for a lovely stay

  Disliked: Beds were a little hard for my liking, but everyone is different:)

  Good location, poor accommodation

  Liked: - Location is good - Balcony was a decent size with a good view of pool and small view of the lake - the grounds of the complex are nice and well looked after - pool is excellent. Quite large and never gets too busy. No sun loungers at pool however

  Disliked: Advertised pictures are misleading. The listing seems to cover a number of apartments in the complex and they clearly have different finishes inside. It's not what we thought we were getting. - It was like stepping back in time to the 1970s. Really needs a total refurbishment - beds were terrible - sofa was tiny - no oven, just a void where an oven had previously been - kitchen was the size of a match box and poorly equipped. Couldn't really classify as self catered - electricity supply is limited. If you switch on the washing machine it trips the limit if anything else is on. We had to turn everything off when the washing machine was used, including lights and air-conditioning - we had booked for a family of 6. It is far too small to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Maybe 4 max
