Exceptional
Liked: As a positive point, the location is indeed very close to the park. However, for the price asked, we do not think it is justified, especially considering that there are free shuttle buses to Gardaland both from Garda Hotel and from Peschiera.
Disliked: Unfortunately, for us it was not worth choosing this place just because it is close to the park. There is almost nothing nearby — not even a place to buy water. If you do not arrive already supplied with food and drinks or do not want to cook, this location becomes quite inconvenient, and for us this was a major downside. Another thing we did not like was that the bed only had a cover blanket without proper bed linen over it, which made the stay less comfortable. We were 2 adults and 2 children.
Great for a short visit to Gardaland
Liked: We were there to visit Gardaland and be close to the lake. For that purpose the location is fantastic. It's right opposite to the main entrance and you have a private parking space. The apartment is simple and cosy with two balconies. We stayed five persons and it worked fine.
Disliked: We booked around the 20th of April because the information was given that the pool is open all season. The kids looked forward to have a swim before and after Gardaland. The pool was not open, not warm and not clean.
Brilliant location, comfortable and good value for money
Liked: Location was fantastic in front of the Gardaland entrance. Clean and mostly comfortable. Very good value for money

Super holiday. Fantastic location and accommodation and definitely recommended
Liked: The property was spacious and clean. Two balconies - front and back and really well equipped kitchen and had all the utilities needed (microwave, cooker, oven, fridge freezer etc). Pool was lovely and not too busy. Location was excellent and right opposite Gardaland. Host was very friendly and helpful. We were also able to use the free courtesy bus from Gardaland to the town of Peschiera de Garda and train station. Highly recommended and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Everything was perfect but I guess a local shop for water and necessities would be nice - nearest shop/supermarket was a 20 min walk which is harder in the heat when carrying water.

Liked: If visiting Gardaland, you can’t find a better location. Location is great, clean, gated complex with 1x on-site reserved parking spot, well equipped kitchen and apartment, had everything you needed, large kitchen with table, 2 balconies, 1x large bathroom, 2 separate bedrooms, and nice clean swimming pool.
Disliked: Mattresses were a bit worn, kitchen utensils and cooking pans could be updated.
