Disappointed
Liked: Great location, beautiful surroundings and the pool was great. The tent kitchen was fairly well equipped and the animation team were friendly and enthusiastic.
Disliked: The overall tent condition and furniture was poor. We couldn't actually zip the tent up securely because the tensioning was wrong. The table was falling to pieces, flooring was quite gross and there was mould around the window which smelled bad. Also, such a shame they make guests pay for sun loungers around the pool! It just feels greedy and unwelcoming. And bed linen/towel rental is very expensive!

Would definitely return, to one of the chalets with hot tub, this made a big difference to our stay
Liked: Lovely property with great well maintained hot tub. The pool bar serves good food and drinks and the evening entertainment was really good.
Disliked: A little remote.
They put the Bene in Benedetto!!!!
Liked: I love this camping site, the access to the lake beach was incredible, local food was enjoyable and priced well, the pool was clean and fun for families, and the family events we so welcoming!
Disliked: The WiFi was difficult to log-in. The only hiccup.

Liked: Good for kids and family. Ouraccomodation location was good.
Disliked: Basic stuff like toilet pappers needs to be provided. Internet was pathetic. 100 euro deposit by cash not by card. Though the money was returned.
