Best customer service for a stress free stay

Liked: The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming, but our favorite part of our stay was the amazing customer service. Friederika at the front desk truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt well taken care of and didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was incredibly helpful with recommending nearby restaurants, arranging transportation, and even offered to help us book excursions. Her kindness and attentiveness made our stay that much more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Perfect hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure

Liked: Really lovely owners and staff. Good location to restaurants, bars and beaches. Rooms were spacious and clean and with a good view.

Disliked: Felt breakfast was expensive for the money, however that’s personal preference and the food served was all delicious.

Well located hotel with friendly staff and thoughtful touches

Liked: Beautiful hotel with many thoughtful touches including beach towels to borrow, blackout blinds, moveable shade for the balcony, and a free water and coffee station. The staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious and well designed. The location is a short walk from all the main restaurants and beaches in Santa Margherita Ligure.
