Exceptional
Liked: It was an amazing experience! The wonderful service made my trip unforgettable, and the lovely staff overwhelmed us with their hospitality and warm smiles. Many thanks for this beautiful stay.
Disliked: None
Liked: Beautiful views, staff is top notch, breakfast is excellent and a beautiful patio. Great location. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and safe, even sending a boat to get us at a nearby village after the ferry stopped due to weather.
This hotel is magic. Splendid as the hotel is named. Overlooking the bay, this is the best spot
Liked: The location was excellent. The General Manager and all the staff were impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and service was excellent. We really appreciated our upgrade and Ruinart champagne with canapés with compliments for our 30th wedding anniversary. Special thanks to the 3 Andreas, Lucia, Guiseppe, Frederico, the General Manager Michela, all the Front Office staff and the lucky Mascot Molly. The concierge team were excellent with all the restaurant recommendations. We also visited the sister hotel The Splendido for lunch and afternoon swimming. Food & service were excellent. Stunning views and very tranquil. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning back. ❤️
Disliked: Nothing. It was all excellent.
Breathtaking hotel!
Liked: One of the greatest hotel I have ever stayed at. Stuff is genuinely very nice! Outstanding location. Our stay really couldn't get any better. Thank you guys!
perfect
Liked: pleasant design, good food, stylish staff
Disliked: nothing
Exceptional stay, would recommend and repeat the experience
Liked: Amazing staff, friendly and welcoming, location is great and sea view is exceptional.
Disliked: Maybe just a small note, but at 7am many vans and trucks get into the pedestrians center for work, so they are noisy for a couple of hours. And the AC in the room is hard to set. Otherwise everything is perfect, highly recommend room dining as well!
