Liked: brilliant location and cheap when compared to eg Splendido hotel yet same
Disliked: not an issue for us ( as its the charachetr of the beautiful building) but there is no lift so will have to carry bags up some stairs.That said our host was brilliant in that he not only came to give us the keys but helped carry the bags up the hefty flight of stairs.
An amazing stay in the heart of Portofino with a wonderful host — even better than expected
Liked: Beautiful apartment right in the harbour with amazing views and a perfect location. Matteo was a fantastic host and made everything very easy for us. The place was even better than the photos showed — very clean, stylish, and comfortable. My wife and I loved staying here and would definitely come back.
Disliked: Honestly, we had nothing to complain about. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
The heart of Portofino!
Liked: We loved the location and view. Priceless! We loved the old villa building. Once, we figured out parking, the video instructions were very valuable. Loved the text communication! The apt needed to fix shower door, needed paper towels or kitchen towel, wine glasses. Big issue was ancient metal outer door got stuck and locked us inside. Matteo to the rescue!

Liked: The location is amazing, probably one of the best in Portofino, the team were wonderful and communicated well every step of the way.
Disliked: Nothing significant, just be prepared to be efficient when showering.
