Very good
Perfect stay
Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: A bit outdated
great location, big apartment but unfriendly and bad communication
Liked: larger apartment than expected, great location, has a washing machine and cooking hob
Disliked: the guys who met us for check in were exceedingly rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming, communication was bad, the only messages we got were ai automated and the ones we did get were just as short and unhelpful, no check in our check out details were given instead we were spammed with extra offers on boats rides, etc., there was lots of damage to furniture, stains, etc. in the apartment, the drain in shower was clogged, kitchen equipment was dirty and incomplete
Rude staff, really shabby apartment
Liked: The view
Disliked: It’s VIP in name only. Everything is grubby, broken, in need of a coat of paint and a deep clean. They supply very little stuff eg only 2 mugs for 4 people, washing up liquid enough for one wash only, there’s no hairdryer, there’s barely any plugs. I found a chewed nicotine pouch under a bed. Oven kept tripping the fuse and their solution was to just not use the oven, which wasn’t helpful when you’ve just bought a load of oven food. It’s all very much the bare minimum. The guy running the place was awful. Sent me a message the day of arrival saying I had to call him -he pretended my number on my booking was wrong, which I checked and it wasn’t. He then refused to give check in instructions until I paid the tourist tax, which he insisted was done by bank transfer, but did not supply the info required by my bank. When he finally did and my bank tried to charge me just to pay him, he then sent me a card payment link and demanded proof of payment before giving me the check in details. This could have been done months ago when I booked, not through endless texts on my day of travel which just made it really stressful for me. Then when I asked where to find the sheets for the sofa bed, I got endless text messages telling me I hadn’t pre booked the sofabed. I checked the details and it says that there is a sofa bed and you only need to prebook if you want a cot, not a sofabed. He was really rude, sent me a text which started “I’ll teach you this for the future” which was so patronising. After endless text messages he did eventually drop the sofabed sheets off. If you’re going to advertise a sofabed, it needs to be a sofabed. Otherwise, just advertise it as a sofa. Or put in the beds section that you need to prebook the sofabed too. He created a lot of stress with that and the demand for payment, he’s rude and arrogant. So the only good thing about this place is the view, otherwise it’s just camping indoors with an unpleasant man texting you endlessly.
Liked: Location is perfect. Apartment is ok for few days. Reminds about the 60s. It is clean and decent.
