Very good
Liked: Wonderful location! The apartments are so pretty—compact but everything is thought out perfectly, plus there’s a walk-in wardrobe! That’s amazing. The view from the window is just breathtaking, and all the restaurants are right around the corner.

Disliked: No A/C? Ceiling fans were pretty loud so didn’t use it
Liked: So, right from the start, I ended up with a host who wouldn’t stop giving me a hard time simply because I’d asked if I could make an early booking; if there’d really been any other option at that moment, I would never have stayed there. He kept interrupting me and shouting at me for no good reason; it was impossible to communicate with him at all. You have no right to berate us, your guests. I really do want to lodge all my complaints with every relevant authority.
Liked: Exceptional location - in the heart of Portofino village. Cute and quirky decorated apartment with reasonably comfortable bed and powerful AC (it was hot!)
Disliked: Apartment is somewhat dated with various wood trim worn and faded. Clothes washer did not work and communication with host was difficult. Note that host requires passport photos and "tourist tax" to be paid (by bank transfer) prior arrival. I ended up leaving 5 Euro cash on the counter. Never do a wire transfer!
